In this action the trial court granted plaintiff a final decree of divorce together with custody of two minor children and an allowance of $50 per month for their support. The decree was entered by default after defendants pleadings had been stricken. Defendants motion to vacate the judgment or, in the alternative, for a new trial was overruled and he has duly appealed.
